Yes. Creating polls and surveys, voting, and taking part are free on a Personal account, and Personal accounts never use Poll Credits. Subscriptions unlock business features like analytics, result exports, audience segmentation, and team collaboration.

Full Starter features plus 50 complimentary Poll Credits. No payment method is required and the trial is not charged. The trial belongs to the business organization, identified by its business email domain — not to an individual — and each organization is eligible for exactly one. Teammates who join during an active trial share the same remaining time rather than getting a fresh 14 days. An administrator can cancel the trial; access continues to the original end date, and cancelling does not restore eligibility for another complimentary trial. Neither does deleting the account or re-creating it. You can still subscribe at any time.

Poll Credits are prepaid consumable purchases that meter responses to business polls and surveys. Publishing and distributing is free. One credit is used when, and only when, a business account receives a valid, completed response from a participant answering that content for the first time — your own response to your own content is free and counts toward the response cap, and repeat or incomplete submissions are never charged. Credits are separate from your subscription and do not expire through inactivity, but unused credits are forfeited if you permanently delete your account. If your balance reaches zero the content closes; this never changes the response deadline you set.

All purchases go through Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing and are subject to that store’s terms. PollVey never collects or stores your card number, bank details or billing address. Every purchase is verified on PollVey’s servers before anything is granted, and each store transaction can only be applied once. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies — PollVey does not process refunds for store purchases, and consumable purchases are not restored automatically. Subscriptions are cancelled in your Apple or Google account settings; PollVey cannot cancel a store subscription.

Creating new business polls and surveys stops until you renew or reactivate. Your account, your existing content and results, and your Poll Credit balance are not deleted or cleared.

Yes — an organization administrator can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Annual plans save roughly 20% compared with monthly billing. Only an administrator can manage billing, subscriptions and Poll Credit purchases.
